​The CFU held a meeting at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in London

In order to develop the sport of cricket on a large scale in our country, consistent reforms are being carried out by the Cricket Federation of Uzbekistan.  

 

 

The Chairman of the Federation, Aziz Mihilev, paid special attention to the international cooperation with developed cricket countries. In particular, under the leadership of the Chairman of the Cricket Federation, Aziz Mihilev, the Secretary General of the Federation, Fazliddin Ibodullaev, and the captain of the Uzbekistan (U-19) national cricket team, Alisher Gaibullaev, visited the Embassy of Uzbekistan in London yesterday, January 19.

 

Representatives of the Federation together with Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Great Britain Ravshan Usmanov and Consul Bakhtiyor Khodzhayev held a meeting with representatives of "Bat for a Chance" non-profit cricket fund of England. At the meeting, the heads of the fund, William Gaffney and Omar Khan, as well  as Mr. Fred Harrison, chairman of Belgrave Europe, a consultancy company on economic and political issues for European and Asian countries, and Sofiy Ibbotson, a consultant and writer on the development of economy and tourism, held a round-table discussion on the development of the cricket in Uzbekistan.
