As you may be aware, the Cricket Federation hosted the first season of the Uzbekistan Open Championship in T20 format from June 18 to 25, this year, at the "ANFA" international cricket stadium in Qibray district. Six teams competed in this open championship, which was part of the Uzbekistan Cricket Federation's annual calendar plan: ANFA Cricket Club" of Tashkent, "Indian Cricket Tashkent Club", "Tashkent Super Kings", "Tashkent Super Stars", "Barlos" of Kashkadarya region, and "Ferghana Rangers" of Ferghana. Teams competed against one another.

The competition began on June 18 and finished on June 25. Tashkent's "Tashkent Super Stars" and Ferghana's "Fergana Rangers" advanced to the final. The valley's "Fergana Rangers" squad, who defeated "Tashkent Super Stars" with a score of 187:128, took first place in the important final stage.

Fazliddin Ibodullaev, Chief Executive Officer of the Uzbekistan Cricket Federation, attended event and formally gave out the prize money of 25,000,000 soums which was provided by the sponsor "HAFNA HEALTHCARE". The "Fergana Rangers" squad was also awarded with the CFU trophy. The inaugural season of the T20 Uzbekistan Open Cricket Championship was thus finished.
