Today in the conference of CFU, 5 regions of Uzbekistan namely, Ferghana, Tashkent and District, Bukhara, Surkhandarya and Kashkadarya regions officially announced their regional CFU branches. 

Even though, they have started operations since 2020, only in this date they received the CFU's accreditation.

CFU wishes them all the best in their future endeavours on the road to develop regional cricket.

Official names of the branches are as following:
- Ferghana Regional Cricket Federation of Uzbekistan (FRCFU);
- Tashkent and District Cricket Federation of Uzbekistan (TDCFU);
- Bukhara Regional Cricket Federation of Uzbekistan (BRCFU);
- Kashkadarya Regional Cricket Federation of Uzbekistan (KRCFU);
- Surkhandarya Regional Cricket Federation of Uzbekistan (SRCFU);

Moreover, CFU approved the logo of para-cricket department. CFU is paying a serious attention in developing cricket among disabled layer of Uzbekistan athlets.
It is worth to mention that CFU appointed the former CEO of CFU Mr. Jakhongir Muradov as the Director of Para Cricket Department of CFU. 

The administration of CFU is confident that Mr. Muradov will take the department to global recognition.
